Zoe Saldana is the child of Asalia Saldana and Aridio Nazario. Her birthplace was in Passaic (New Jersey) on 19th June 1978. Her mother and father are both Puerto Ricans. Her mother raised her mother who lived in Queens. In 2010, she relocated along with her family to Dominican Republic where they spent the next 7 years.
